Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and site staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, field hiring, consultants, and local networks.
- Conduct screening and initial interviews.
- Coordinate with site managers regarding manpower requirements.
- Manage bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and manpower deployment.
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
