Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup & Operation
- Perform mould changing and machine setting as per production plan.
- Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, injection speed, and cooling time.
- Start up machines and ensure smooth production runs.
- Troubleshoot moulding defects and process-related issues.
- Optimize cycle time while maintaining product quality.
Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic Technology, Production, or related field.
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in Injection Moulding operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.86 - ₹35,000.00 per month
