About the Role
The Wealth Finder is looking for a Senior Research Analyst to strengthen its Research team, which identifies and verifies shareholders to support the recovery of clients' lost shares and assets. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can independently deliver high-accuracy research while also raising the bar for the analysts working alongside them. You will be expected to hit your own research and case targets and, in parallel, review and guide the work of junior analysts to keep data accuracy and turnaround consistent across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed online research to identify and locate shareholders using criteria such as name, father's name, and address, working independently through your own case load.
- Work with online databases, public records, and other research tools to track down shareholder details and support the end-to-end share/asset recovery process.
- Meet individual research output, accuracy, and turnaround targets as defined by Management
- Review the research findings, shareholder identification, and verification work completed by junior analysts before cases are closed or moved forward, checking for accuracy and completeness.
- Cross-check and verify shareholder details flagged by junior analysts, catching errors, mismatches, or gaps before they reach the client or the next stage of recovery.
- Provide structured feedback and on-the-job guidance to junior analysts to improve their research accuracy and speed over time.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure data accuracy and timely recovery of shares for clients across all active cases.
- Flag recurring errors, data-source issues, or inconsistencies in team output proactively to Management rather than after the fact.
- Contribute to improving internal research processes, verification checklists, and case-tracking practices used by the team.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in online research, data mining, public-records research, or similar investigative/verification work.
- Proven ability to independently identify, cross-check, and verify individuals' details (name, family details, address) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Comfortable reviewing and correcting someone else's research work, with the judgment to catch genuine errors or gaps before a case moves forward.
- Strong command of search engines, public records, and other online resources used to locate and verify shareholder information.
- Clear, precise documentation habits — findings must be easy for the team and Management to verify and act on.
- Self-driven and comfortable being accountable for both your own case output and the quality of work around you.
