Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and approach potential customers to promote and sell GST Franchisee services.
- Conduct outbound telecalling and telesales activities to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Explain service offerings, benefits, and business opportunities to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Create sales presentations and performance reports for management review.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
