Primary Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

4+ years of hands-on experience with Cerner Patient Accounting

Experience with billing, claims processing, AR, cash posting, and adjustments

Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes

Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and recommend system improvements

Proven solid communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business teams
