- Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and marketplace portals.
- Resolve order, delivery, return, replacement, and warranty-related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for timely issue resolution.
- Track customer complaints and ensure prompt closure.
- Update customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Assist customers with product information and order status.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet response time SLAs.
- Escalate critical issues to the concerned department when required
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
