About the Role
We are seeking a smart, presentable, and customer-centric Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to efficiently manage front-office operations while delivering a premium experience to clients, channel partners, investors, and visitors.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest & Client Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, channel partners, and stakeholders with professionalism and warmth.
- Ensure a premium guest experience and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and hospitality arrangements.
- Maintain visitor records and facilitate smooth guest movement within the office.
Front Office Management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Manage reception desk operations and maintain a pleasant and organized front-office environment.
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for senior management.
- Maintain attendance records and visitor registers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inquiries effectively.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients as required.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for site visits, meetings, and presentations.
- Maintain and update client databases and records.
Administrative Support
- Assist management with daily administrative activities.
- Coordinate office supplies, courier services, and vendor requirements.
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
Office Coordination
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure reception areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces are maintained professionally.
- Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming and etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Smart, confident, and capable of handling clients independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Customer-service-oriented with attention to detail.
