We are hiring experienced professionals for Oracle Project Manager / HR IT Application Support roles with strong exposure to UKG UltiPro Functional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain HR systems including UKG and other HR applications
- Prepare and manage UKG roadmap initiatives
- Drive small and medium enhancement projects to improve user adoption
- Transform usage from point solutions and adhoc tools to UKG as a centralized platform
- Create ITCRs and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with business and technical teams for smooth project execution
Required Skills
- Experience in HR IT Application Support
- Strong knowledge of UKG UltiPro Functional modules
- Good understanding of HR processes and system integrations
- Experience in enhancement projects and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
