Event Conceptualizer (Events & Experiential Proposals)

About the role
Plan3Media is a Dubai-based event management company delivering community and corporate events for clients like Nakheel, Emaar, Dubai Holding and TECOM. We're building out our design team and looking for a Event Conceptualizer who can own event proposals from blank page to submission.
This is not a production-line design seat. You'll take a client brief, shape the creative concept, generate the visuals (increasingly with AI), build the deck, coordinate costing, and drive it to a polished submission. If you're someone who likes owning the whole thing and moving fast, this is that role.
What you'll own
- Translating a client brief into a creative event concept — theme, look, key experiences, and the elements that make us win the bid
- Generating proposal visuals yourself using AI image tools (ChatGPT, Nano Banana, and similar), refined to a professional standard
- Building the full proposal presentation deck — structured, on-brand, persuasive
- Briefing and coordinating the 2D and 3D specialists when a proposal needs hero renders or precise venue layouts
- Coordinating with the operations team on costing in parallel with design.
Who you are
- A genuinely creative thinker with a strong design eye, ideally from an events, exhibitions, experiential or spatial-design background
- Structured and self-driven — you can run a proposal without being handed step-by-step instructions
- Comfortable enough with design software (Canva essential; Photoshop/Illustrator) to guide specialists and finish your own work
- Genuinely excited about AI image generation and eager to push what it can do — this matters more than how polished your AI skills are today
- Calm under deadline pressure and able to juggle several proposals during peak season
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years experience preferred, however this is primarily a skill-based role
- Strong portfolio and demonstrated capability matter more than years
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
