Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) Caller role based in Gurgaon. The CATI Caller will conduct structured telephone interviews with respondents following scripted questionnaires, ensuring accurate and unbiased data collection. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, clearly explaining survey objectives, recording responses in the CATI system, and meeting individual and project-level productivity and quality targets. The role involves verifying and validating data, documenting call outcomes, and escalating any issues or unusual respondent feedback to the project supervisor. The CATI Caller will collaborate with the project management team, participate in briefing and training sessions, and adhere to all privacy, confidentiality, and professional conduct standards.
Qualifications
- Must have 1.5-2 years of market research experience
- Strong verbal communication skills, including clear articulation, active listening, and the ability to engage respondents professionally over the phone.
- Comfort with structured interviewing, including following scripts, probing appropriately, and maintaining neutrality during surveys.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CATI tools, data entry interfaces, and standard office software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording responses, managing call logs, and following project guidelines and procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
