- Make Purchase Index
- Porter booking
- Follow up with supplier for materials delivery at the time.
- Bill follow up from site team to submit the tax invoice at office
- After invoice certified and scan the invoice and maintain in Purchase index.
- Submit all invoice to accounts team .
- Maintain updated records of invoices and Purchase order
- Store Entry , material inward & outward
- Sample collect from vendor as required by Design team
