Compensation:
CTC: Up to ₹35,000 in hand + ₹3,750 PF
Additional Allowance:
- ₹250/day allowance if the employee covers 2+ hospitals
Role Overview:
The Patient Counsellor will be responsible for counselling patients, understanding their healthcare needs, explaining LYFE program, and driving patient onboarding through effective communication and coordination with doctors and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients and address their concerns
- Explain and promote the LYFE Cardiac Rehabilitation Program
- Sell the program to patients in OPD/Wards/IPD and onboard them
- Schedule demonstrations and patient visits as per requirements
- Provide timely updates to doctors regarding patient information after demonstrations
- Coordinate with doctors for patient camps and awareness sessions
- Maintain strong relationships with assigned hospitals, doctors, and patients
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
