This role provides direct, generalist support to the Founder across personal and business initiatives. It is not tied to any single company or vertical the Associate works across whichever priority needs attention that week, from maintaining clean records to running a first analysis on a new idea. The role suits someone comfortable with variety, direct ownership, and working close to decision-making, more than someone seeking a narrowly defined desk job.
- Records & Accounts: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and basic accounts expenses, invoices, vendor payments, and simple reconciliations.
- Data Analysis: Organize raw data into clear formats, build simple trackers/dashboards, and pull out patterns or numbers that inform a decision.
- Procurement Support: Get quotes, compare vendors, follow up on orders, and keep procurement paperwork organized and on time.
- Customer & External Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for routine external queries, follow-ups, and coordination professionally and promptly.
- Team Interaction: Coordinate with team members across different initiatives to track progress, unblock small issues, and relay updates.
- Research & POC Support: Research new ideas, competitors, or approaches, and help set up small proof-of-concept trials for new projects.

- Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets at a working level; willing to learn basic data and reporting tools.

- Curious and resourceful comfortable researching something unfamiliar and bringing back a usable answer.
- Trustworthy with sensitive information, given the close, personal nature of the role
