Job Description :-
- 3-5 years of site execution experience on multi-storey or high-rise residential RCC buildings (minimum G+10 preferred)
- Hands-on experience in supervising RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plaster, and waterproofing works as per drawings and IS codes
- Strong ability to read and interpret structural and architectural GFC drawings and coordinate with contractors for clarifications
- Experience in quality checks, material inspection (cement, steel, concrete, blocks, etc.), and maintaining site quality records as per consultant requirements
- Exposure to contractor bill checking/measurement (MB preparation, quantity verification) for civil works
- Working knowledge of basic MS Office (Excel, Word) for daily reports, measurement sheets, and documentation
- Willingness to work full-time from site/office in Swargate and manage extended hours when required during critical pours or inspections
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
