Front Office Manager (FOM)

The Goal:
We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven Front Office Manager to head our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing the front office team, and driving maximum room occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and motivate the front office team (GSAs, Bell Desk, and Reservation Executives).
- Guest Delight: Maintain top-notch service standards, handle VIP arrivals, and resolve guest complaints proactively.
- Inventory & Revenue: Manage room inventory effectively, optimize room allocation, and work closely with management to maximize revenue.
- Operations & Audits: Oversee daily check-ins, check-outs, billing procedures, and ensure accurate cash handling and night audit reviews.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4–6 years in hotel front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role (as Assistant FOM or FOM).
- Skills: Strong leadership, sharp problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with Hotel Property Management Software (PMS).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
