Job Description
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in reputed organizations, preferably in the Construction, Infrastructure, Hospitality, or Stone Industry.
The candidate must possess excellent communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and prospective clients. Experience in project-based sales, business development, and client coordination will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, references, and professional networking.
- Identify and approach architects, builders, consultants, corporate clients, and prospective customers.
- Schedule and attend meetings with architects, consultants, and clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups regarding ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Present company profile, services, and project portfolio to prospective clients.
- Assist in proposal preparation and project discussions.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, consultants, and clients.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Attend industry events, business networking meetings, and client interactions to generate business opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Hospitality, or Stone Industry is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to independently conduct client and architect meetings.
- Strong follow-up, networking, and business relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-driven, confident, professional, and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel locally and outstation for client meetings, architect visits, and site visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
