Job Objective:
To lead and manage end-to-end civil construction projects across Shalby Limited, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee civil construction projects including hospitals, commercial buildings, and hospitality infrastructure.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with industry norms and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Track project progress and prepare periodic reports for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation of project plans, contracts, drawings, and progress reports.
- Manage procurement and material planning to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, local regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Implement best practices in construction management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project requirements with business objectives.
- Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
