Job Summary
The Offline Marketing Assistant supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of offline marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and promote real estate projects. The role involves coordinating advertising campaigns, events, vendor management, branding activities, and marketing collateral distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, printers, and media partners for marketing activities.
- Manage outdoor advertising such as hoardings, billboards, kiosks, transit media, and site branding.
- Support the organization of property exhibitions, events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely installation and maintenance of project branding materials at sites and sales offices.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of brochures, flyers, banners, standees, and other marketing collaterals.
- Track campaign execution and maintain records of marketing activities.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify branding opportunities.
- Assist in lead generation activities through offline channels.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Project teams for marketing requirements.
- Monitor vendor invoices, purchase orders, and marketing budgets.
- Prepare marketing activity reports and maintain documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in offline marketing, branding, event management, or real estate marketing.
- Freshers with relevant internships may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of offline marketing and branding activities.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic understanding of marketing budgets and reporting.
