Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designingfunctional, aesthetically pleasing, and client-focused interior spaces. The role involves understanding client requirements, creating designconcepts, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on timeand within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget.Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and design presentations.Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.Create project estimates and specifications.Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project teams.Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design execution.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design technologies.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor ' s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.0- 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software.Strong creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.Strong project management and organizational skills.
