We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Sales Development Executive to help expand our client base by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and generating qualified meetings for our leadership team.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Research and identify potential clients across target industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Government, Retail, Financial Services, Hospitality, and Corporate Enterprises.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects using LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other online sources.
- Identify decision-makers including CEOs, Marketing Directors, Digital Managers, IT Managers, and Procurement teams.
Outbound Business Development
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and WhatsApp where appropriate.
- Introduce Pixelflames' services and generate interest in meetings.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until a clear outcome is achieved.
- Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of all activities within the CRM.
- Track leads through every stage of the sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the senior management team.
- Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports.
Market Research
- Monitor competitors and emerging market trends.
- Identify upcoming website redesign opportunities, digital transformation initiatives, and technology adoption within target companies.
- Research businesses using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Clutch, and company websites.
Proposal Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information required for proposals.
- Assist in preparing presentations, capability documents, and client follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication after meetings.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional networking.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
- Experience selling IT services, software, SaaS, web development, digital marketing, or technology solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar prospecting tools is an advantage.
