About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Coordinator to be stationed on-site in
Tirupati. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the client and the agency,
ensuring seamless coordination, timely execution of social media activities, and effective content
management. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and gather content from internal teams, faculty, departments, and stakeholders
for social media platforms.
Execute approved social media calendars and content plans across digital platforms.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the client and the agency for all social
media-related activities.
Ensure timely execution of social media campaigns, posts, and other deliverables.
Coordinate with creative, content, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth project
execution.
Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and prepare periodic analytics and
performance reports.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and content availability.
Maintain content schedules and ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
Support on-ground event coverage by coordinating content collection, photography,
videography, and live updates when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a
related field.
2–4 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or content
management.
Good understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook,
LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project coordination tools.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in an on-site environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with educational institutions, government organizations, research
institutes, or corporate communication teams.
Basic understanding of social media content creation and digital marketing best practices.
Experience coordinating with creative agencies or marketing teams is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
