The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, a strong technical background, and the ability to lead projects and guide development teams.
Responsibilities:

Design and architect Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Develop detailed technical designs, including data models, integration, and security.

Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the delivered solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.

Create and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) preferred.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce DX.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Skills:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of data modelling and database design.

Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.

Experience with other CRM platforms is a plus.
