Rean is expanding its team and inviting passionate & growth-orientated professionals for the position of Store & Purchase Manager- Water Sector across Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Job Overview:
We are looking for Store & Purchase Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing procurement activities for water supply and infrastructure projects. This includes sourcing materials, contractor/vendor management, contract negotiation, and ensuring timely availability of goods and services while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute procurement for water supply Equipments
- Manage RFQs, tenders, vendor selection, and purchase orders
- Negotiate contracts and ensure supplier performance
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and track market trends
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and logistics/ dispatching
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
- Store Management of multiple sites of water supply projects
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any engineering related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience of purchasing in water supply projects.
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software (ERP systems).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience in EPC or government-funded projects is desirable
