Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support academic and organizational communication activities. The intern will act as a coordination bridge between faculties, students, and internal teams by ensuring professional and timely communication across platforms, especially WhatsApp and official channels.
Key Responsibilities

Handle official WhatsApp communication on behalf of faculties in a professional and courteous manner.

Respond to student queries, share academic updates, schedules, announcements, and reminders as instructed by faculty members.

Ensure timely dissemination of class updates, session links, assignments, and important notices.

Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all communications.

Coordinate with faculties for daily communication requirements and updates.

Draft and format messages, emails, and announcements following organizational communication standards.

Maintain communication records and student interaction logs.

Support internal communication and student engagement activities.

Assist in preparing reports, communication trackers, and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduation

commerce or humanities background is preferred

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle WhatsApp and digital communication professionally.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.

Good organizational and coordination skills.
