Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our hospital. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare hiring and be proficient in sourcing candidates through leading job portals and other recruitment channels to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and social media platforms.
- Effectively use job portal features, including resume search, Boolean search, job posting, database management, and candidate tracking.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clinical departments.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Verify candidate credentials, qualifications, licenses, and references as per hospital policies.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for clinical, non-clinical, and administrative positions.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and applicable labor laws.
