We are looking for a compassionate, clinically skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and deliver safe, high-quality patient care across all our treatment verticals.
Role Summary
The Registered Nurse will be the clinical backbone of the clinic, supporting doctors across dermatology, aesthetics, longevity, weight loss, and slimming procedures. You will be responsible for patient preparation, assisting in medical and aesthetic procedures, administering treatments, monitoring patient safety, maintaining clinical protocols, and delivering an exceptional, premium patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Procedural Support
· Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and patients for dermatology, aesthetic, and longevity procedures.
· Assist the Lead Doctor and visiting specialists during consultations, injections, and minor procedures.
· Administer prescribed treatments, injections, and IV infusions under medical supervision, following strict aseptic protocols.
· Support slimming and body-contouring procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout.
· Monitor vital signs and patient responses during and after procedures; manage any adverse reactions promptly.
Patient Care & Education
· Conduct pre-procedure assessments and obtain informed consent.
· Educate patients on treatment plans, aftercare, nutrition, and diet guidance as advised by the medical team.
· Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and clinical documentation.
· Provide empathetic support and follow-up care to build long-term patient trust and retention.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
· Adhere to infection-control, sterilization, and safety protocols at all times.
· Ensure compliance with nursing standards, clinic SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
· Maintain inventory of medical consumables, medications, and emergency supplies.
· Assist in emergency preparedness and first-response care within the clinic.
Team Collaboration
· Coordinate with dermatologists, nutritionists, dietitians, and salon staff to ensure a seamless patient journey.
· Support onboarding and training of junior clinical staff.
· Uphold the premium, wellness-first culture of HeLa Clinic.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
· Registered Nurse (RN) — B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
· Valid registration with the Maharashtra Nursing Council (or eligibility to register).
· 1–3+ years of clinical nursing experience; aesthetic/dermatology clinic experience is a strong plus.
· Proficiency in IV therapy, injections, patient monitoring, and aseptic technique.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
· Professional, empathetic, and patient-centric attitude.
Preferred
· Experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or wellness/longevity clinics.
· Certification in aesthetic nursing, IV infusion, or advanced injection techniques.
· Basic computer literacy for clinical documentation and records.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
