We are looking for a Senior Manager – Presales to lead proposal management, drive cross-functional collaboration, and mentor teams in a fast-paced IT/ITES environment.

10+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales and sales roles, particularly in Bid Management, RFP responses, team management, and collateral generation within the IT/ITES industry.

Ownership of RFP/RFQ responses, capability documents, sales proposals, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.

Work closely with Delivery, Solution, Sales, and Management teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Strong pre-sales experience in software companies targeting US, Canadian, UK, and Australian markets.

Proven track record in B2B inside sales within an IT/ITES company, demonstrating persuasive communication and relationship-building skills.

Educational: MBA/PGDBA in Sales/Marketing or Information Systems.

Domain Expertise: Experience in the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) domain is essential.

Technical Understanding: Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Data & Analytics, DevOps, Agile, IoT, and AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

Communication Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English, with strong articulation and persuasive communication abilities.
