Role Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals who aspire to build a career in investigation, intelligence, and verification services. This role offers practical exposure, fieldwork experience, and structured training, making it ideal for candidates interested in becoming professional investigators.
Selected candidates will undergo training and development under the mentorship framework led by Retd. DGP Anil Pratham, ensuring real-world learning and professional growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream from a recognized university
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Strong character and integrity
- No criminal record or pending legal cases

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field and background verifications for corporate and individual cases
- Assist in employment, corporate, and matrimonial investigations
- Collect, verify, and document information accurately
- Visit locations and interact with relevant individuals for investigation purposes
- Prepare clear and structured reports
- Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
- 0–6 months experience (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and in field environments
- Basic knowledge of IPC, criminology, or law is an added advantage
Training & Development
- Structured training program with practical case exposure
- Learning under the guidance of Retd. DGP Anil Pratham
- Development in investigation techniques, reporting, and field intelligence
