Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to handle inquiries for our Tourism and Educational Institute divisions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to provide accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other communication channels.
- Provide information about tourism packages, travel services, courses, admissions, and institute programs.
- Assist prospective customers with bookings, registrations, and application processes.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions or bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries in CRM systems.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and timely responses.
- Achieve response time and customer satisfaction targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly inquiry and conversion reports.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, counseling, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, email, and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in tourism, travel, education, or admissions counseling will be an added advantage.
