About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pharma Export Executive to manage international sales, procurement, customer communication, and export operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling overseas clients, managing inquiries through IndiaMART, and coordinating export activities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Sales & Business Development
- Handle export inquiries from international customers.
- Generate and develop new business opportunities in global pharmaceutical markets.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
IndiaMART & Lead Management
- Handle IndiaMART portal inquiries efficiently.
- Generate leads through IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.
- Maintain inquiry records and ensure timely follow-up.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication and negotiation.
Client Communication
- Communicate professionally with foreign customers via:
- Email
- WhatsApp
- Skype/Zoom/Google Meet
- LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
