Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads professionally.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in education, EdTech, or academic counselling is an added advantage.
