Responsible for supervising production activities, monitoring manufacturing processes, ensuring timely completion of production work, coordinating with design and planning teams, maintaining quality standards, and managing manpower and production operations for smooth workflow.

- Support continuous improvement in production processes
- Coordinate with QC team for inspection activities
- Ensure safety and discipline on the shop floor
