Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Java Freshers who are passionate about software development and eager to build a career in Java technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Learn and work on frameworks and tools as required by the project.
- Follow coding standards and development best practices.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Core Java.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Git or any version control system is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc. IT).
- 2025 or 2026 graduates can apply.
- Internship or academic project experience in Java is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge of Spring Boot.
- Understanding of JDBC, Servlets, and JSP.
- Exposure to Maven or Gradle.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
