- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Basic skills in MS Excel / estimation software
Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets
- Analyze drawings and project requirements
- Track project costs and manage variations
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams
- Prepare billing and progress reports
