What You'll Do
Community Engagement
● Manage the WhatsApp community
● Welcome new members and answer basic queries
● Encourage conversations and engagement
Webinar Operations
● Manage registrations and confirmations
● Send reminders via WhatsApp and email
● Coordinate with speakers before sessions
● Handle Zoom/Google Meet setup
● Follow up with attendees after each webinar
Program Care Coordination
● Onboard mothers after they join a program
● Assist with bookings and rescheduling
● Answer program-related questions
● Ensure mothers stay on track with their care plan
● Coordinate with experts when needed
Lead Nurturing
● Follow up with interested mothers and leads
● Call webinar registrants and community members
● Explain Anora's services and programs
● Guide interested mothers in choosing the right Anora program based on
their needs.
Who We're Looking For
Required
● Graduate in Sales, BBA, BA, Psychology, Mass Communication, Marketing,
Hospitality, or a related field
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi
● Friendly, empathetic, and confident while interacting with mothers over phone,
WhatsApp, and email
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
● Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and learning new
software
● Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a startup
environment
● Genuine interest in women's health, maternal care, healthcare, education, or
community building
Preferred
● Experience in customer support, customer success, community management,
telecalling, inside sales, operations, healthcare, events, hospitality.
● Experience coordinating webinars, workshops, or online events
● Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating
meaningful customer experiences are encouraged to apply.
