- Prepare and cook authentic Neapolitan pizzas as per SOPs
- Ensure proper dough preparation, fermentation, and portioning
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Operate pizza oven (wood-fired/gas) efficiently
- Ensure quality control of ingredients and mise en place
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Assist in kitchen prep and support senior chefs
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage
- Follow kitchen SOPs and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with service team for timely order execution
- Maintain speed and accuracy during rush hours
- Support in new recipe trials and menu improvements
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
