Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Technician to handle installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of CCTV systems, networking devices, and related field operations. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage onsite service activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of CCTV cameras, biometric devices, and networking equipment.
- Troubleshooting of IP cameras, switches, routers, cabling, and connectivity issues.
- Network setup and basic configuration for LAN/WAN environments.
- Perform field visits for service support, maintenance, and customer issue resolution.
- Coordinate with clients and provide technical support onsite.
- Handle cable routing, rack installation, and device testing.
- Maintain service reports and installation documentation.
- Support junior technicians and monitor field activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service tickets.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CCTV installation and configuration
- Networking basics (IP addressing, switches, routers)
- Experience with structured cabling
- Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Customer handling skills
- Ability to travel for field work
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Any Degree
- Certification in Networking or CCTV is an added advantage
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in CCTV, networking, or field technical support
