The AI Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions to solve high-impact business problems across the organization. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions. The role requires the individual to work across the end-to-end AI lifecycle, from problem definition and solution design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
The role requires experience in building Generative AI applications, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, LLM integrations, APIs, and modern AI development practices, including observability, guardrails, testing, and CI/CD. They will work closely with business, product, technology, data engineering, and data science teams to deliver AI solutions that create measurable business value while ensuring compliance with Responsible AI principles, security standards, and governance requirements.
The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and impactful AI solutions.
