We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our CA firm in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi. The primary focus of this role will be on handling audit assignments, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and delivering high-quality assurance services to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits of clients across diverse sectors
- Assist in planning and execution of audit engagements in accordance with applicable standards
- Prepare and review financial statements and ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (AS/Ind AS)
- Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other regulatory requirements
- Draft audit reports, management letters, and other deliverables
- Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and audit requirements
- Supervise and guide article assistants and junior staff
- Handle assignments independently and meet deadlines effectively
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Audit & Assurance Standards (SA)
- Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and audit tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments
Additional Preferences:
- Prior experience in a CA firm will be an advantage
- Exposure to GST and Income Tax matters is a plus
