Job Title: Team Leader – Passenger Experience
CTC Range - 5 - 6 LPA
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Timings: Rotational shifts (Our shift timings: 9hrs (incl. of 1 HR food break)
General: 9/10AM, Morning: 6AM, Night: 9PM
Job Role:
● Lead and manage a team conducting 5 Sense Audits across airport locations.
● Oversee ethnography studies to capture passenger behaviour and insights.
● Monitor baggage audits to ensure KPIs and timelines are met.
● Supervise Wi-Fi and mobile network audits in coordination with technical teams.
● Ensure smooth execution of mystery audits and maintain quality standards.
● Handle stakeholder management, including coordination with airport authorities and internal teams.
● Prepare and review MIS reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of insights.
Candidate Requirements:
● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an airport environment (with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team handling role).
● Strong team management and coordination skills.
● Experience in stakeholder handling.
● Minimum 1 year experience in MIS/report preparation.
● Good observation, analytical, and reporting skills.
● Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
● Minimum 10+2 (Intermediate) or
● Diploma in Aviation
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
