Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Telecallers/Academic Counsellors who can connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the most suitable training programs offered by Vidya Quest. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls using company-generated leads.
- Explain Vidya Quest courses, certifications, career opportunities, and fee structures.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable career paths and training programs.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates until admission closure.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and campus visits.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software).
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-driven personality.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Education Sales, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Training Institutes, or Coaching Industry.
- Knowledge of career counselling and admission processes will be an added advantage.
