We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead and drive the sales and marketing operations of Chaithanya Granites & Marbles. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the building materials industry, proven leadership skills, and the ability to develop business growth strategies, expand market presence, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and showroom teams.
- Drive revenue growth through dealer, builder, contractor, architect, and project sales channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, builders, architects, consultants, and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Oversee pricing strategies, negotiations, and major business deals.
- Support branch operations and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training programs for the sales team.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
