- Handle communication with international buyers (US/UK/EU)
- Manage complete order lifecycle from enquiry to shipment
- Understand tech packs, buyer specifications, and requirements
- Coordinate product development, sampling, and approvals
- Work with design team on CAD developments and revisions
- Liaise with production (weaving, dyeing, stitching) for execution
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare accurate costing and negotiate pricing with buyers
- Ensure product quality as per buyer standards (GSM, size, shade)
- Coordinate with QA/QC and third-party inspections
- Handle buyer feedback, claims, and corrective actions
- Manage documentation and shipment coordination
Pay: ₹13,170.67 - ₹48,543.80 per month
