Experience Required:
1-3 Years of Field Sales Experience
* Preferred Background: Gold Loan, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Microfinance Key Responsibilities:
* New customer acquisition for Gold Loan products
* Field sales, client meetings & product presentations
* Relationship management & customer servicing
* Gold loan balance transfer handling
* Gold evaluation & verification
* Bank relationship management
* Compliance & documentation adherence
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in field sales
* Knowledge of Gold Loans / Loan Documentation preferred
* Strong communication & customer handling skills
* Local language proficiency mandatory
* Familiarity with local market/geography
* Bike & Valid Driving License Mandatory
