Marketing Executive – Business Development (Corporate Interiors)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the corporate interiors segment. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, generating leads, and expanding our presence in office interior and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate interiors and office fit-outs
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, and consultants
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and execution teams
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates for clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Track market trends, competitors, and potential projects in the interiors space
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and site visits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in business development/marketing (preferably in corporate interiors, real estate, or construction)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales within interiors/fit-outs
- Network with corporate clients, architects, or PMC firms
- Familiarity with Hyderabad’s commercial real estate market
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
