We’re looking for an empathetic and patient person with excellent communication skills that enjoys solving tricky customer problems while looking for ways to improve customer experience in the long-run.
Responsibilities and Duties
- You’ll guide customers through learning to use our software and help them to troubleshoot issues through email
- Categorize and quickly respond to customer questions and requests via email
- You’ll improve our product by gathering customer feedback and recognizing areas where customers are struggling that we need to address
- You’ll advocate for our customers and work with our product team to help them understand what changes should be prioritized
- You’ll help improve our knowledge base and other support materials by writing, creating, and updating content, and by making suggestions for new support content
- You’ll be the face of the company. Our customers interact with our Success team more than any other team in our company. When our customers think of Cflow/ SkillRobo, they will think of the experiences they have with you
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience (1 to 3 years) in technical customer support or help desk role.
- Highly-skilled in written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to multitask on various client issues and prioritize issues.
- Able to explain complex concepts in easy to understand language.
- Hungry to play an impactful role and not afraid to fail.
Note: We are looking for Customer Support candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in Chennai location only.
