Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Structure Supervisor to oversee structural construction activities and coordinate with the site laboratory to ensure quality compliance. The candidate will be responsible for supervising structural works, monitoring workmanship, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications, and coordinating material testing and quality inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day structural construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with the site laboratory for concrete, steel, soil, and other material testing.
- Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, curing, and finishing activities.
- Verify quality of materials before use and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and site records.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and quality control teams.
- Ensure proper deployment of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Identify construction issues and assist in resolving technical problems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in inspections with clients, consultants, and quality teams.
- Maintain housekeeping and safe working conditions at the construction site.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in structural construction supervision.
- Experience in bridge, railway, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures for concrete and construction materials.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate with multiple department.
