Job Summary: We are looking for a Hardware & Network Executive with hands-on experience in computer hardware, networking components, troubleshooting, and LAN/WAN support. The candidate should have practical knowledge gained through CCNA training and experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices and computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues related to motherboards, RAM, SMPS, storage devices, and networking equipment.
- Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Support routers, switches, access points, and structured cabling.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Perform IP addressing, subnetting, VLAN configuration, and basic routing/switching tasks.
- Handle OS installation, software updates, antivirus management, and data backup.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and AMC support.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and networking components.
- Provide technical support to users and ensure minimum downtime.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of networking concepts from Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) coursework.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall basics.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, patch panels, and cabling.
- Familiarity with Windows installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of server support and network security.
- Ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
