Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and presentation materials for architectural and interior projects.
- Translate design concepts into visually engaging imagery that communicates mood, materiality, and spatial quality.
- Work closely with architects and designers to understand project goals and design direction.
- Develop and refine lighting setups, material textures, and composition for realistic outputs.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure consistency in visual standards.
- Participate in design reviews and provide visual input to support project development.
- Ensure timely delivery of visualization outputs aligned with project deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural visualization.
- Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, materials, and interior concepts.
- Proficiency in industry-standard visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, Blender, or equivalent).
- Strong artistic sense and the ability to create compelling and photorealistic visuals.
- Ability to interpret design briefs and deliver accurate visual representations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative working style.
