Position: Hiring Manager – Life & Health Insurance Advisors
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Hiring Manager to build and manage a strong team of Life and Health Insurance Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new Life & Health Insurance Advisors
- Train advisors on insurance products, sales process, and compliance
- Guide and support advisors to achieve business targets
- Conduct regular training sessions and team meetings
- Monitor advisor performance and provide motivation & support
- Help advisors generate leads and close business
Requirements:
- Experience in Life or Health Insurance industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and training ability
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
